Window 7 gets hidden when I install xp professional

I am facing problem of opening window 7 as it gets hidden after I install fresh copy of xp professional. What is solution to keep window 7 on welcome screen even after the fresh installation of xp professional cd. I want help from all tech blogger on this pc related problem of window 7.
